Rapids draw Group D with RSL, SKC, and Minnesota United for the MLS is Back Tournament

With the MLS is Back Tournament starting in Orlando in less than a month, the League held a draw today (Thursday) to determine the groups. The tournament will be World Cup-style, with a group stage, Round of 16, Quarterfinals, Semifinals, and Championship.

Today’s draw determined where teams would be placed in one of six groups: A, C, E for the Eastern Conference clubs and B, D, F for the Western Conference clubs).

The Colorado Rapids were placed in Group D, which means they will play Real Salt Lake, Sporting Kansas City, and Minnesota United.
