The Colorado Rapids (4-11-3, 18 points) are back home to face Houston Dynamo (7-6-4, 25 points) at Dick's Sporting Goods Park in Commerce City.

The Rapids experienced a rugged last week on and off the pitch, with three games on six days, two of those games in Canada, ending with a 1-2-0 week. Joe Mason is back at Wolves, but now Giles Barnes is on the roster with bags of MLS experience that Rapids fans hope will translate into goals. He is getting the start tonight in his first available game.

Marlon Hairston is in the 18, but not starting, and Deklan Wynne is on the bench—instead of starting—for the first time this year. Wynne is one of two players on the team who have played every minute of 2018 so far.

The Dynamo are 7th in the Western Conference, sitting just below the playoff line with 25 points. Former Rapids defender Jared Watts is starting for the orange side.

The Rapids will be tweeting out the formation 10 minutes before the game starts, so keep an eye on their Twitter account if you’re interested in that.
