Colorado Rapids to face Boca Juniors on Tuesday, July 24

The Argentine side is coming to Colorado for friendly in July.

The Colorado Rapids just announced that the Burgundy Boys will take on Boca Juniors in a friendly on Tuesday, July 24th at 7:00 p.m. MT.

In the 113 years that the team has existed, the Argentine side has earned 8 international titles, 6 Copa Libertadores, and 44 national titles, including a top finish in the Superliga Argentina in 2017-18. The current roster includes former Manchester United striker Carlos Tevez and forward Cristian Pavón who is currently a member of Argentina’s Men’s National Team and competing in the World Cup. Their current head coach is 2008 MLS MVP Guillermo Barros Schelotto.
