Bottom of the West meets best in East as the Rapids travel to Florida looking to get a result.

MLS: Orlando City SC at Colorado Rapids Ron Chenoy-USA TODAY Sports

Colorado looks to turn around a three-game losing streak on the road against Orlando City SC. It will be Colorado’s first-ever match at the brand-spankin’-new Orlando City Stadium, with it’s intimidating purple wall manned by supporters groups Orlando Ruckus and Iron Lion Firm.

After six matches, Orlando sit in first place in the Eastern Conference with a 5-0-1 (WTL) record. The well-traveled veteran Jonathan Spector and youngster Tommy Redding have provided suffocating defense at center back, as Orlando defense has been tops of the conference, conceding a mere 5 goals. Orlando also holds a perfect 4-0-0 record at home.

If all that wasn’t intimidating enough, Orlando captain Kaká will be available for the first time this season since he strained his hamstring in the season opener.

The Rapids are missing Axel Sjoberg and Bismark Adjei-Boateng due to injury, and Kortne Ford and Tim Howard due to suspension.

Here are the opening lineups for the two clubs. Share your thoughts/ in our matchday open thread below.
