UPDATE: Marlon Hairston and Sébastien Le Toux are both out with an injury of some sort. Caleb Calvert and Conor Doyle have been called up and are on the bench.
Interesting development tonight as the Starting XI list has been released. Many fans have been wondering why Marco Pappa hasn’t been getting more playing time lately, and tonight he is starting. But Marlon Hairston, one of our best players over the last six weeks, is not. This is a game that the Colorado Rapids really need to win, why would you not put out the only guy who has been somewhat consistent at scoring? Not to mention, that Real Salt Lake is one of the four teams (all in the Western Conference) that is unbeaten at home.
I don’t understand. The feature photo perfectly captures how I feel in this moment.
Maybe you can help me? Share your thoughts on the Starting XI in the comments.
