It was a wild a crazy night in British Columbia for the Colorado Rapids. They came back twice against the Vancouver Whitecaps to get a 2-2 draw and a road point in the standings.

The scoring opened up in the 15 minute when Kendall Waston got away from Mekeil Williams and caught Tim Howard in between coming for the ball and staying in the goal.

The Rapids took control of the match after this and had several opportunities. They just couldn't find the back of the net. That changed in the 59 minute when Kevin Doyle was able to beat David Ousted.

Everything changed in the 71' when Eric Miller was given a straight red card on a play that warranted no more than a yellow. It was a poor decision by the referee. The Rapids were playing well and Tim Howard made an incredible save. But a PK by Cristian Techera put the Whitecaps up one.

But the Rapids kept fighting. In the last minute of stoppage time, Axel Sjoberg got to Doyle's cross and leveled the match.
