Trevor Ruszkowski-USA TODAY Sports

Euro 2016 kicked off today with an exciting match between France and Romania that was won late by the host nation but there is so much on tap on Saturday as there are three matches to take in.

Including one that features Colorado Rapids designated player Shkelzen Gashi.

This is a massive honor for Gashi and the Rapids as it says something about the quality that the Rapids are able to attract and the quality that Gashi has playing for Albania.

Fast Facts--Albania

Albania is playing in their first major tournament and will look to advance out of Group A and carry a FIFA World Ranking of 42.  During Euro 2016 Qualification they advanced with a 4-2-2 record to clinch a spot in the tournament.  The big name to watch for Rapids fans is Gashi.  He was tied for the most goals for Albania and will be a key player if they are going to have a chance in this one.
