Hello there Colorado Rapids fans!  What a wonderful Monday it was as a soccer fan as the Rapids continue to get some national press and it's Rocky Mountain Cup week.

Here are a few of the stories we are watching this Tuesday morning:

Generally we only cover US based soccer, but the story of Leicester City winning the Premier League is too terrific to ignore.  Well done Foxes!

Not to be outdone, my favorite team won promotion back to the Premier League.  Tremendous work Burnley FC!!!

ESPNFC has the Rapids at second in their power rankings.  Not too shabby.  But their next match comes against the #3 team.

An interesting question.  Should you celebrate when you score a goal against your former team?

Shkelzen Gashi was named to MLS team of the week.  Again.

Jermaine Jones and Tim Howard were named to the 40 man roster for the USMNT in preparation for Copa America Centenario.  A former Rapids player was selected for his country as well.

And the Rapids had a player nominated for MLS player of the month.
