Happy Wednesday!

Cary Edmondson-USA TODAY Sports

Well, we have reached the middle of the week and as we slowly get closer to the Colorado Rapids next match, there are a few stories we are following:

It looks like two rival National Basketball Association owners are teaming up with the hope of bringing a Major League Soccer franchise to Detroit.   MLS Commissioner Don Garber has mentioned that he wants a team in Detroit, so my sense is that happens.

There is a lot of truth to what Sigi Schmid is saying here:  it's way too early to panic for Seattle (much the same way it's way too early to say a team is a playoff team or not)

Major League Soccer power rankings are out.  The Rapids are up to seventh.

Dom Dwyer is getting closer to becoming an American citizen.

Copa America Centenario will have a special trophy for the winner.

Camping World Stadium?  You betcha! That's where Orlando City plays now.
