Colorado Rapids vs New York Red Bulls: How to Watch, TV Information, Live Stream and More

Let it Snow, Let it Snow, Let it Snow!!!!

Kelvin Kuo-USA TODAY Sports

The Colorado Rapids and New York Red Bulls play for the only time tonight at what appears to be a snowy and cold Commerce City and for the Rapids it represents a golden opportunity to have a six point week and continue to climb up the table.  For the Red Bulls, it's simple: they are struggling mightily and any positive result would be huge for them.

The Goal for the Rapids:  win

What to Watch For

1)  Jermaine Jones: Jones is available for the first time in Burgundy and his impact has a chance to be very significant.  Our very own Rapids Rabbi proposed a few lineups where JJ could line up.  Where he plays will be a very interesting story to watch.

2)  The Weather: At the time of writing this article, it is not clear whether the Rapids will play tonight or not and if they do not, it is more than likely that this piece will never see the light of day.  Regardless--weather will be a factor tonight and my concern is that with points so tight in MLS, I would hate for weather to be the reason a team picks up points or loses points.

3)  PabloSpeak: Honestly, I don't know what to say with this one.  But he is our coach :) and that makes it A.O.K. in my book (I think):

Predicted Starting XI

This one is going to interesting.  The Rapids have a good deal of injuries that they are dealing  with right now and as I watch the snow fall, I doubt they want to risk anyone if they don't need to.  Here goes nothing:

Zac MacMath, Marc Burch, Bobby Burling, Eric Miller, Mekeil Williams, Jermaine Jones, Sam Cronin, Shkelzen Gashi, Marco Pappa, Dillon Serna, Luis Solignac

We will have commentary, analysis and opinion after the conclusion of this one.  Stay warm Rapids fans!
