Three Days. Just three days

Aaron Doster-USA TODAY Sports

It is Thursday here in the Centennial State and the Colorado Rapids are flying to San Jose today as they prepare for their opener against the Earthquakes.  But until then, here are the soccer stories that we are following:

Columbus Crew SC striker Kei Kamara signed a new deal on Wednesday.  Not sure there was a doubt it would happen, but this is MLS after all.

ESPNFC has a piece on New York City FC and Orlando City as they look at their second season in Major League Soccer.

Can Portland Timbers repeat in 2016?  Sure.  But the playoffs make things quite unpredictable.

MLS has a list of 10 players to look out for in 2016.  Shockingly, there is not a Rapids player on this list.

I have made my thoughts known on Power Rankings (I don't like them) but for fun, here are the first rankings of the year from MLS Soccer.  Guess where they have the Rapids.
