Why Writing for Burgundy Wave Causes Happiness and Warm Fuzzies

New, 1 comment

Have you ever fancied yourself writing about the Colorado Rapids? Well we are looking for a few good folks to join our staff.

Admit it.

You have an opinion about the Colorado Rapids.

Love them or hate them: you have thoughts about the Burgundy Boys.

Or maybe you are super passionate about the Charlotte Independence, our USL Affiliate that has featured Rapids players such as John Berner, Caleb Calvert, Dominique Badji, Carlos Alvarez and Marlon Hairston.

It could be that you are a big supporter of Colorado Springs Switchbacks FC who feature Rapids forward Charles Eloundou and former Rapids player Davy Armstrong.

Regardless of that have you ever thought about writing for Burgundy Wave?  Cause we are looking for a few good contributors that are ready and willing to join us in our singular pursuit:

To cover the Rapids as best we can.

You may be asking yourself, what does it take to write for The Wave?  Well check this out:

1)  Be passionate about the Colorado Rapids, Charlotte Independence or the Colorado Springs Switchbacks FC

2)  Be able to write one article a week of at least 150 words

3)  Be a happy-go-lucky person who realizes that soccer is just a game

Now what can Burgundy Wave offer you:

1)  A sense of pride that you are part of the conversation that makes the Rapids so fun to cover.

2)  A totally awesome Burgundy Wave T-Shirt

3)  The most fun you will ever have in writing for a Colorado Rapids blog.

Curious?  Interested?  Have Questions?  Drop me a line at @patrickmac05 or at jpatrickrosch@yahoo.com or look me up at a Rapids match (Section 115, Row 25, Seat 1) and I can provide you with more details.
