When Colorado Rapids and Real Salt Lake get together it is always a fun and festive atmosphere and in this second leg of the 2015 edition of the Rocky Mountain Cup, there is a whole lot on the line. This is an off year for both the Rapids and RSL and besides wanting to win the RMC, both clubs need a result in this to keep playoff hopes alive.
For the Rapids, the goal is simple: win
What to Watch For
1) Stick with the 4-3-3: Rapids Head Coach Pablo Mastroeni has taken a great deal of grief this season for his lineup selection and his formation. But against Vancouver Whitecaps, Pablo changed the formation (from a 4-2-3-1) and it lead to the second highest offensive output in a match this year. Pablo, keep the 4-3-3
2) An opportunity: RSL is missing three sure fire starters in this one and the Rapids have a chance to win against a depleted RSL team. If ever the Rapids were going to get a win against Real, this is the night.
3) Momentum: The playoffs still seem a road too far, but there is still hope if they can get three points in this one. The Rapids have 3 of 4 at home and if they can grab three wins in their next four, the playoffs still could be possible.

Predicted Starting XI
The Rapids have the look of a team that is about to go on a run and I think the switch to the 4-3-3 will be something that we see going forward. With that in mind, here is my predicted starting XI:
Clint Irwin, Marc Burch, Drew Moor, Bobby Burling, Michael Harrington, Marcelo Sarvas, Dillon Powers, Sam Cronin, Luis Solignac, Kevin Doyle, Vicente Sanchez
