The Charlotte Independence take to the road in the first of a two game road trip when they travel to Louisville, Kentucky to take on Louisville City FC. The goal for Charlotte: get a road result, preferably a win.
The Eastern Conference Table

|Harrisburg City Islanders||19||14||5||5||4|

What to Watch For
1) Dominique Badji--The young Colorado Rapids striker was loaned on Thursday to the Independence in a move that is sure to benefit the Rapids, the Independence and Badji. Badji has played some important minutes for the Rapids this season, but it was important for his development to continue to get games.
2) Another Run--Charlotte has been up and down all season and last weekend'e loss to Saint Louis FC ended a good run of USL form and dropped the Independence to 4-5-4 on the year. Charlotte is on the road for the next two and have yet to win. For the Independence to get on another run it has to start this weekend on the road at Louisville.
3) The Playoffs--Although Charlotte is still on the outside looking in at the Eastern Conference Playoffs, they have three games in hand on the 6th place team. They are absolutely still in the hunt, and if they can start picking up some points on the road, they will quickly climb the table.
