Facts are brutal! So Matthew Doyle comes with the brutality regarding our Colorado Rapids:
If this result holds, @ColoradoRapids will have won 2 of their last 31 regular season @MLS matches, taking 17 of a possible 93 points.

Two out of 31. Let's pull out the ol' calculator. That's 0.06451612903. Six percent of the last 31 games.
The saddest part of it all is how many I'm talking to who are season ticket holders who are about done. Others struggle with whether to even watch the games, since the prevailing sentiment is that the Rapids will just rip their guts out.
Doyle continues:
The Rapids completed... wait for it, wait for it... 42% of their final third passes today. cc: @shinguardian #SKCvCOL pic.twitter.com/gnIPBdc70m

This stretch will put to the test the most dedicated Rapids fan. I'm convinced that we have the players to play and compete. I'm just hoping the players aren't giving up like many of the fans are.
The type of open wound we have now will not be fixed by a band-aid or a stitch or two. It's getting gangrenous and risks amputation. John Maxwell rightly said, "Everything rises and falls on leadership." Something has to change. This has got to stop. But how?
