World Cup Knock Out Round Set

The United States won their group and with that comes a trip to Edmonton to face Columbia

Michael Chow-USA TODAY Sports

With the conclusion of the Group Stage in the 2015 World Cup, the United States Women's National Team learned who they would play and where and winning their group was a massive advantage as they look for that third star on their jersey.  Coming in second in the group would have meant a cross country flight to Moncton, but by winning their group they have a much more manageable trip to Edmonton.

The Round of 16 schedule:

Saturday, June 20

Germany vs Sweden--2:00 PM MDT--Lansdowne Stadium--Ottawa, Ontario  (Fox Sports1)

China vs Cameroon--5:30 PM MDT--Commonwealth Stadium--Edmonton, Alberta  (Fox Sports1)

Sunday, June 21

Brazil vs Australia--11:00 AM MDT--Moncton Stadium--Moncton, New Brunswick  (Fox Sports1)

France vs Korea Republic--2:00 PM MDT--Olympic Stadium--Montreal, Quebec  (Fox Sports1)

Canada vs Switzerland--5:30 PM MDT--BC Place--Vancouver, British Columbia  (Fox Sports1)

Monday, June 22

Norway vs England--3:00 PM MDT--Lansdowne Stadium--Ottawa, Ontario  (Fox Sports1)

United States vs Columbia--6:00 PM MDT--Commonwealth Stadium--Edmonton, Alberta  (Fox Sports1)

Tuesday, June 23

Japan vs Netherlands--8:00 PM MDT--BC Place--Vancouver, British Columbia   (Fox Sports1)

Should the USWNT knock off Columbia they would face the winner of the China/Cameroon match in Ottawa on June 26.  And if that was not tough enough, things get really rough should they progress.  In the semifinals, the US could face the Germany, France, Sweden or Korea Republic.  Yikes.  That match would be on June 30 in Montreal.
