The two Rapids Homegrown Players were called into the U-23 MNT camp in California this week.

The Colorado Rapids had two players called into the MNT U-23 camp this week in preparation for a friendly against Mexico on Wednesday, April 22.  Defender Shane O'Neill and Midfielder (despite being labeled as a defender) Dillon Serna were both called into the camp which runs from April 19-21 in Carson, California.

For both Serna and O'Neill this has been a busy period of national team call-ups as they have both seen time with the full senior national teams and the U-23's in 2015.  And with the friendly against Mexico, there is a good chance that both players could see some playing time.  All of this time with the U-23's MNT is in preparation for the 2016 Olympics in Rio where the United States is hoping to actually make the tournament and create some noise.

The U-23 match will be shown on UniMas and Univision Deportes Network with the kickoff scheduled for 9PM MDT.
