Highlight of the Year: Seeing O'Neill represent the Rapids in the Chipotle Homegrown Game was truly one of his highlights and perhaps the highlight of his Rapids year.

Lowlight of the Year: The controversy of his sale will certainly always be something that people will call a lowlight of the his final year with the Rapids, but the reality is that O'Neill was poor in 2015.  Regardless of the circumstances of his sale, he was not good for Colorado this season.

2015 Grade (D+): As I have said, people will always talk about the sale and what went on with that, but O'Neill was not the same player in 2015 as he was in past seasons.  And chew on this: he has not made an appearance for his club in Europe since he was sold.

2016 Outlook: Although O'Neill is gone, he will still hold a fond place in the hearts of many Rapids fans.  Will his form and playing time improve?  Time will tell.
