The gritty blue collar midfielder had a good year, albeit with less minutes then he had in 2014.

Highlight of the Year: this goal sums up LaBrocca in one play:  hardworking, gritty, physical and willing to lay everything out for his team.

Lowlight of the Year: LaBrocca had a good year for what he was there for: a bruising defensive midfielder.  Where he struggled was when the coaching staff tried to play him in a more advanced role or brought him on as an attacking threat.

2015 Grade (B): I have never made a secret that I like LaBrocca's style and tenacity of play.  My complaint has always been that he should not be a player that is relied upon to lead the team in minutes (in 2014).  But if you need a guy that will do the tough, dirty work on the pitch, LaBrocca is your guy.  He gives everything for his team, and that is a quality that the team need.

2016 Outlook: I do not know if LaBrocca will be back in 2016 or not, but he is a player that I would love to have suiting up in Burgundy.   I have to think it depends on salary needs of LaBrocca and where the Rapids are in their overall development, but LaBrocca is a hardworking and dependable player.
