Burgundy Wave Player Grades
Player: Luis Solignac
|Games Played||Games Started||Minutes||Goals||Assists||Shots||Shots on Goal||GWG||Goals Per 90 Min|
Highlight of the Year: I am sure Solignac had great designs on scoring a ton of goals for the Rapids, but unfortunately that did not happen for him and in turn there is not much I can write about in the highlight section.
Lowlight of the Year: Stats don't really lie here: zero goals in 1232 minutes of play and he registered just 10 shots on target really says it all.
2015 Grade (F)--strikers are paid to score and Solignac was unable to do that for the Rapids and certainly had chances to score, but just could not do it. He really seemed lost on the pitch and struggled throughout his time with the Rapids. He did miss several games due to injury but he was completely ineffective when he played.
2016 Outlook--I am not sure if Solignac will be back or not but based solely on his production this year, the Rapids probably should not bring him back for another go around. But when looking at the striker position (as it is now) they are quite thin up top and he may be back by default.
