Getting to know those working behind the scenes for the Colorado Rapids

"Dude. You need to talk to Dillon. He's my season ticket holder representative and will do right by you. I'll hook you up." So did my buddy Kevin in talking me into getting season tickets for the first time in my life. And wouldn't you know it- -Dillon Ross, Service Specialist for our own Colorado Rapids, came through. It's people like him working for our MLS organizations that will do more to help society's popularity.

Last week, I spoke about the importance of stadium staffing, but those working behind the scenes are just as, if not more, crucial. I am passionate in seeing MLS flourish, and it all rises and falls on the fan experience these teams provide--especially for the kiddos.
