The World Cup is now a full round of matches old in the Group stage, and some surprising developments have come through. The USA have three points, Spain have none, and Brazil still aren't looking like the all-dominating hosts that they were expected to be. This sets up nicely for both a superb finish to the Group stage and a superb amount of things for us to talk about on the Rapids Thugcast tonight. We love us some World Cup, and it's given us plenty to blab on about with the Rapids taking a break.
Of course, it wasn't a complete break; Deshorn Brown's hat trick led the Rapids to an Open Cup win over Orlando City SC last night, and we'll want some words on that as well.
