Colorado Rapids vs. Real Salt Lake - Game Thread

Let's face it, a tie would be a very good result coming today. The Colorado Rapids have the Rocky Mountain Cup to defend for the first time since 2006, but they're facing a tough first ask in this season's series this weekend, somewhat slumping into Sandy as Real Salt Lake boast the only remaining undefeated record in Major League Soccer. That record has been sullied by quite a few ties and close shaves, but there certainly haven't been any complaints coming from Jeff Cassar's team.

Pablo Mastroeni has promised a more stable lineup after a head-spinning amount of roster change; we'll see if that promise is kept in what is probably the most important match of the season for the Rapids so far.
