No Colorado Rapids Called Up To US Men's National Team

It's not really surprising at this point, but still worth noting. Jurgen Klinsmann's latest US Men's National Team roster includes no Colorado Rapids

Once again, no Colorado Rapids were among the roster called up by Jurgen Klinsmann for this particular international break. Quite frankly, I don't think there was anyone even close to consideration -- Klinsmann is notorious for liking people that are in form, and even Jeff Larentowicz has dropped off a minor cliff in the past few months.

Personal opinion note here: While I am really glad that Klinsmann finally came to his senses and left Chris Wondolowski and Jozy Altidore off the roster -- both of them are basically Robbie Findley 2.0 at this point, playing good club ball but immediately forgetting everything they know about soccer when they put on the red, white and blue -- I think it's hilarious that they haven't given up on Kyle Beckerman yet.

Here's the full roster that Klinsmann called in for the international break:

GOALKEEPERS (3): Brad Guzan (Aston Villa/England), Tim Howard (Everton/England), Nick Rimando (Real Salt Lake)

DEFENDERS (8): Carlos Bocanegra (Racing Santander/Spain), Geoff Cameron (Stoke City/England), Edgar Castillo (Club Tijuana/Mexico), Steve Cherundolo (Hannover/Germany), Maurice Edu (Stoke City/England), Clarence Goodson (Brondby/Denmark), Fabian Johnson (Hoffenheim/Germany), Michael Parkhurst (Nordsjaelland/Denmark)

MIDFIELDERS (8): Kyle Beckerman (Real Salt Lake), Michael Bradley (Roma/Italy), Joe Corona (Club Tijuana/Mexico), Jermaine Jones (Schalke 04/Germany), Sacha Kljestan (Anderlecht/Belgium), Brek Shea (FC Dallas), Danny Williams (Hoffenheim/Germany), Graham Zusi (Sporting Kansas City)

FORWARDS (5): Clint Dempsey (Tottenham Hotspur/England), Landon Donovan (LA Galaxy), Herculez Gomez (Santos Laguna/Mexico), Alan Gordon (San Jose Earthquakes), Eddie Johnson (Seattle Sounders)
