If you're in the mood for some Colorado footy with the Rapids off until this Saturday but don't feel like watching the USA play and probably scare the hell out of us against Guadalupe, you're in luck. The
Fake Real Colorado Foxes - a USL squad founded in 2008 and named after the original Colorado Foxes who were the only game in town back before the Rapids showed up in 1996 - will be providing some US Lamar Hunt Open Cup action in the Mile High city tonight.
Feel free to drop by Shea Stadium - no, not that Shea Stadium - out at 3270 Redstone Park Circle, Highlands Ranch at 7-10 PM today to watch the Foxes play an Open Cup match against USASA side DV8 Defenders. If the Foxes manage to go through against the Defenders, we may continue to give a bit of coverage to them here on BW. It is a very real possibility, as they're in the 4th tier of American Soccer playing against a team from the 5th tier.
