Once again, I did the ratings for the Denver Post's The Terrace blog for the Vancouver game. Our usual two guys who do the ratings for BW both missed the game so I figure this works as well.

Apparently we are doing better than last year in terms of positive possession, though I would take this with a grain of salt since it is by the MLS. Except for the fact that it is OPTA based.

I've been silent on the Simon Borg issue, mostly because people like Alicia from The Goat Parade have said everything that I could possibly say better than I could say it.

As the game of soccer has gotten more and more popular in America, the fringe group of football fans who claim that soccer will never be an American pasttime have gotten more and more vile with their comments. Now that soccer is being shown on ESPN, the most popular sports network in the country, they've gone straight to homophobia and racism. Stay classy, Gridiron fans!
