In case you somehow didn't hear, the other football team in Colorado has done some fantastic work this season, and they're playing in the Super Bowl tomorrow against the Seattle Seahawks.
The relatively new homegrown player rule in MLS has started to bring local players into their teams, and two of the best of them happen to play for the teams currently in 'the big game'. Shane O'Neill and DeAndre Yedlin put together a little bet yesterday, which will see the losing team's representative eat a thing and wear a hat:
We would like to wish good luck to the Broncos from Burgundy Wave not only because it's another trophy for the ol' Denver cabinet, but because I really want to see Yedlin struggling through a Rocky Mountain Oyster. I'm calling a 55-11 finish for the Broncos, just for old times sake.
