Burgundy Wave presents the Rapids Thugcast - Episode 17

We took last week off of doing the Thugcast partially because Ben and I never had the time to get together and record one, but also because there was jack-all to talk about. Fortunately, we have a two game week coming up as well as the lingering stench of that Open Cup loss to Kansas City, so this week we've got a shiny, new Thugcast fresh off the presses.

Check out this week's installment to hear Ben and myself talk about:

* The 2-0 loss to Sporting Kansas City in the Open Cup and a dissertation on how pretty much every single Rapids vs. Kansas City game has gone since about 2009.
* Ben's article on depth and why the Rapids are severely lacking in depth in one area and one area alone, the defense. As usual, it's pretty much the Scott Palguta and Tyrone Marshall power hour
* Previews of the upcoming games against the Vancouver Whitecaps on the road and San Jose Earthquakes at Dick's Sporting Goods Park
