Colorado continued the theme of bolstering the defense in the second round after their Eddie Ababio pick in the first, picking Michigan State defender Colin Givens with the 18th pick in the second round. Eddie was a very well regarded player coming out of high school, playing for the USA U-18's and ranked the #2 defender in America by Rise Magazine.

His stock has lowered considerably since then, but was a unanimous selection to the All Big 10 team this year. As a flyer in the second round this is a solid pick.
